What we collect
When you use the project estimator or contact us. We collect your name, email address and telephone number, the address of the property you are asking about, and anything you choose to write in the message field. Alongside that we record the answers you gave the estimator — the type of project, its approximate size, the finish level — together with the investment range the tool displayed and the page you submitted from.
That is the entire set. We do not ask for and do not collect financial details, identification documents, or anything about your household beyond the property itself.
When you simply visit. Our web server keeps ordinary access records covering your IP address, browser type, the pages you viewed and when. We also use your IP address briefly to limit how many enquiries can be sent from one connection in an hour, which is a spam measure; it is held in scrambled form for one hour and then discarded. Your IP address is not stored alongside your enquiry.
We do not use advertising or tracking pixels. There is no Facebook pixel, no advertising network and no cross-site tracking on this website.
We do not run analytics at present. If that changes we will update this page.
We do not knowingly collect information from children. This site is meant for adults enquiring about construction work on property they own or control.
How we use it
To contact you about your project, arrange a site visit, prepare a proposal and follow it up. Brandon McNaughton calls qualified enquiries personally.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing. The only parties who see it are the service providers listed below, who process it on our behalf and under our instructions.
About the figures the estimator shows. The range displayed is directional guidance drawn from our completed Palm Beach County work. It is not a quote and it is not binding. Your fixed price is presented in person after a site visit.
Who else sees it
GoHighLevel — our customer relationship system. Your enquiry is stored there so we can follow it up. They hold your name, contact details, property address and project notes as a processor acting on our instructions.
Google Workspace — our email provider. Enquiry notifications reach us as email.
Our web host and Cloudflare — they operate and protect the servers this site runs on, and hold the access records described above.
We will also disclose information where the law requires it, or where we need to establish or defend a legal claim.
Cookies
This site sets only the cookies WordPress needs in order to work — keeping a session alive, or remembering that a member of staff is signed in. There are no advertising cookies and no cross-site tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept while there is a live prospect of working together, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you return to us — ordinarily around three years from your last contact. Where we go on to sign a contract, project records are kept for as long as Florida construction and tax law requires. Server access records are kept briefly and then discarded.
Keeping it safe
The site is served over an encrypted connection. Access to enquiries is limited to people who need it for their work. No system is perfect and we will not claim otherwise, but we take reasonable and appropriate measures to protect what you send us.
Your choices
You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct anything wrong, delete it where we are not obliged to keep it, or stop contacting you.

If you live somewhere that gives you additional rights over your information, contact us and we will honour whatever applies to you.

Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top, and material changes will be made clear on this page.
